Bwiti is an ancient spiritual tradition originating centeries ago from the Bagongo people in Gabon, Africa. These people were seeking the truth, and in Bwiti truth is everything. When the Bagongo people first discovered Iboga, it answered all of their questions in life, and became their master teacher.

Iboga taught these people the Bwiti way of life down to their music, traditions and ceremonies. There would have been no Bwiti without Iboga, and these practices are a conduit for the spirit of Iboga to your soul.

Bwiti is about utilizing their teaching and traditions in day to day life. This is exactly why the Bwiti people carry no baggage.
